1. What We Collect

Uploaded Files: WhatsApp chat files are processed only on your device. We do not store or transmit them to our servers.

Email (Optional): We may collect your email if you contact us or opt into updates.

Payment Info: We do not currently collect any payment information. All features are provided free of charge.

2. Third-Party Services

We use the following services:

• Supabase – for hosting and infrastructure
• SMTP Provider – for transactional emails (if needed)

These providers may collect data according to their own privacy policies.

3. Marketing

We do not currently send marketing emails. In the future, we may offer opt-in updates and news.

4. Your Rights

If you're in the EU (including France), you have the right to:

• Access or delete your personal data
• Contact us to exercise these rights

5. Data Processing and Future Features

Current Processing: All chat data processing currently happens locally in your browser. We do not send your chat content to any external services for analysis.

Browser-Based Privacy: Your uploaded files never leave your device unless you explicitly export or share them. All analytics and visualizations are generated client-side.

Future Features: If we introduce features that require external data processing in the future, we will clearly notify users and request explicit consent before any data transmission occurs.

Your Control: You maintain complete control over your data. Nothing is shared without your knowledge and consent.
